Santa Maria 57 – Studio

Where to start ,on our arrival we phoned as we retrieved our luggage,took a taxi and when we arrived the door to the apartment was open and the keys to the door and safe were on the table .Which we were told about on the phone, Nobody to hand over+ Mehrthe aforementioned ,anyone could have accessed the apartment and duplicated the keys and accessed the room and safe at a later date. In the photos of the apartment a cooker was shown ,which was the main reason we chose the apartment unfortunately it was no longer in place. The double wardrobe was in fact only a single the other half could not be used. The facilities were poor,a mishmash of cutlery no carving knife or sharp knife for food preparation (these were provided in the second week after we asked for them) no cheese grater not a lot for a self catering holiday. No instructions for the washing machine or the hob (these again were provided on two pieces of paper ,giving basic information,on the second week) The security on the patio door was a wooden pole as the central lock did not work and the side lock with its loose screws could be forced with little effort. We were also told to print 2 accommodation vouchers out for your staff to look at,we never saw anyone . I have photographic evidence if you wish to see it. The apartment itself was rundown and could do with being refurbished and better use of the space available,which we saw in other studios. The cleaning itself was minimal and the bedding sheets were not changed in the last 10 days plus the bedspread was never changed and I doubt it had been changed when we arrived. For the price paid we expected something better

Great area to be in if I could find a fault apartment does not have a full length mirror apart from that we had this apartment before lockdown and the price has shot up beds were adequate and clean
